How has your waterbody improved since Professional Lake Management began to manage it?

Prior to "regular" treatment program begun approximately 8-10 years ago, it was common for our bodies of water to be "clogged" with algae.  We rarely see a problem anymore.

What areas could Professional Lake Management improve on to provide better service for you and your waterbody?
